Missions
The Bible is really very simple... Love God, Love Everyone and Teach Others To Do The Same.
Sometimes we make things so complicated, it is human nature. But the core of God's message is something that all of us can practice everyday. Get involved, come to know Jesus, grow in your faith, and then GO and TELL someone else, lead them to do the same. That's what missions are all about at BLC. We believe in the Great Commission, Matthew 28:19-20, and we live that out in a context of Acts 1:8. Here and abroad, at home and far away, with people we know, and those that we have yet to meet.

Serving God Abroad
BLC is a church on the move. We are missional in nature and are continually looking for ways to reach out with the love and healing of Christ. Mission trips are always being planned, and we support two different opportunities.
- Guatemala - Build homes for Habitat for Humanity. Please contact Holly Dellinger at 904-349-6059 for more information.
- South Africa - We will be ministering to the village of Ntshongweni where Pastor Mandla Thwala is shepherd. He is assisted by two LCMS missionaries. Please download their prayer and support cards, they are truly the hands and feet of Christ in that village.

Mission of the Month
Mission of the month is a partnership between our Outreach and Sunday School ministries. Our hope is not only to support these ministries monetarily, but to also educate our children on these missions and why they exist. From field trips, supply drives, and education opportunities, Our mission schedule guides our year long pursuit of God's Great Commission.
LWML - Lutheran Women's Missionary League
The mission of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League is to assist each woman of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world. This ministry is a wonderful way for women of all ages to engage in and support missions. All women are welcome to join us. We fund our grants with our mites, spare change, which is collected in the Narthex. Lutheran Women's Missionary League
